unscheduled remote/phone support is billed @ $165hr, a ticket is opened
if there isn’t an existing ticket open and the time on the ticket is tracked.
If the time meets the minimum billing period of .25hrs the ticket is closed on
resolve and billed, if the time is less than the minimum the ticket is updated
and remains open.

On-site scheduled
service requiring hardware or a project scope that is discussed beforehand is
billed at $165hr and a written estimate for parts / proposed labor can
be provided prior to the service.

In-shop service /
walk-in is billed $145hr / Diagnostic is billed $80 and then and
estimate is provided. Work is queued based order received. Priority/rush
service when available is $190hr.

Emergency / after-hour
service billed at 2x applicable rate.
·
Scheduled
maintenance – support – training is available in hourly blocks weekly / monthly
with a 4hr minimum @ 15% labor discount.

Website/email
hosting support and modifications are available at the hourly remote support
rate or can be quoted on based on project in the event of a re-design or host
migration.

Server
maintenance on Windows Server, SQL Server, VM Server, etc billed at an hourly
rate and typically requires a minimum of 2-3hrs a month to deploy updates,
manage and review firewall rules and exceptions, verify and groom backups and
prune stale users/temp data.

Hosted cloud VPN
is available for $20m per site, up to 10 users. Additional user/site pricing
is available on request.

Dual-core 50gb
Win10/11 hosted VM for FTP/SFTP transfers is available for monthly or yearly
leasing with scalable options, quotes are available on request. Basic hosting
starts at $40m. Machines are scalable based on request and needs.
Typically, an initial setup / deployment fee will be charged at the hourly
in-shop rate.

Screenconnect
licensing RMM (remote management and monitoring) per device per year is $70,
if requested this includes client access via R-Desk. This allows expedited
remote support, zero-day vulnerability patches, scheduled maintenance 7 days a
week, and off-peak work hours.

Endpoint
protection licensing per device per year is $79.95, which allows
antivirus, firewall, ransomware protection, and notifications sent to account
managers of compromised or exploited machines on the network so the problem can
be addressed and staff can be trained to mitigate future exploits. (highly
recommended on servers / networked workstations).
ABM
recommends and supports Backblaze cloud backup services and CrashPlan cloud
backup services for those requiring HIPAA compliance. Pricing is available upon
request.
